하나의 운동 신경과 그것이 지배하는 모든 근섬유. 크기 원리에 따라 작은 단위가 먼저 동원되고, 높은 힘이 요구될 때 큰 단위가 동원된다.
Definition (English)
A single motor neuron and all the muscle fibers it innervates. Motor unit recruitment follows the size principle — smaller units are recruited first, larger units at higher force demands.
